Portrait of an elderly man. Havana, Cuba
This is a series of photographs that I took in 2008 while visitng Cuba. I witnessed people living with minimal material posessions and very small amounts of basic food and yet they were some of the happiest and friendliest people I have met in the world. Althought they live under an oppresive government they find happiness and hope in their communities, music and family.
