Carnival is also said to have been created in Trinidad and Tobago when the French enslaved the Africans and when slavery was abolished the Africans created carnival to celebrate. Carnival also originally lasted 2 months but now lasts 2 days. Trinidad's Carnival is said to be one of the biggest Carnivals in the world. It is a cultural, artistic celebration of explosive scale, featuring music, masquerade, artistry and the cultural celebration of the Trinidad and Tobago peoples.
