American Indian Movement protester
These photographs were made in the midst of demonstrations that took place on April 23-24, 2004 in Washington, DC. during the Anti-World Bank Protests and Pro-Choice Women's Movement. The Anti-World Bank protests consisted of various socio-political factions including Communist sympathizers, Socialist and Anarchist Movements in the United States allied together to make known their moralistic and political issues to the United States government and large corporate conglomerates who control much of the world's wealth and influence national politics. On the second day they joined with the Women's Pro-Choice Movement in an estimated more than 1,000,000 people to make their views public.
