the protest camp was settled up in vienna downtown right in the votivpark
In Traiskirchen, the biggest reception camp in Austria live 1400 asylum seekers oltough the reception camp was build for only 700 men, women and children. On 24.November 2012 asylum seekers in Austria made a protest march from Traiskirchen to the capital city Vienna, where they built up a tent village to make the grievance at Traiskirchen public. They were supported by a few companies and ngo´s and a lot of private people and students with tents food and cloth.
After a few days, the winter in Austria began and the tempratures sank from 13 degrees to minus 2.

i visited the asylums seekers one day for a few hours, talked to them and made this first part of thedocumentary.
After one month i visited them again in the votiv church to make another series of pictures.
