Biography

Alfonso Moral (1977, Valladolid, Spain) I started working as a staff photographer for the Spanish newspaper El Norte de Castilla. I didn’t feel that was my place and I moved to Syria and began focusing on the Middle East countries like Lebanon, Palestine, Syria or Iraq. Also I’ve been working in central Asia, especially in Afghanistan and Bangladesh where I did some multimedia and video pieces as well as still photography. I’m Co-Founder of the Spanish photo documentary collective Pandora working in longterm photographic projects.
