Biography

Through my work as a documentary photographer and a philanthropist, I have seen time and time again how powerful images can move people into action. As someone who has seen first-hand success stories coming out of the developing world, I am a firm believer that these stories need to be told. I have a commitment to showing the people of the developing world as dignified global citizens who matter. We all know the 'pornography' of hunger. Those images are burned into our minds forever. I'm more interested in telling the whole story, following the root causes and exposing some solutions. This is the reason I became a photographer - to inspire people to make a difference and to co-create a world that works for everyone.
