Sarachui is located about 3 hours on foot into the mountains from the village Guatapuri, in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada in the Colombian department of Cesar. Sarachui is a small Kogi settlement in the Sierra.The Kogi people are descendants of the Tairona culture an advanced civilization which built many stone structures and pathways in the jungle.
