The glory of New Years in Kurdistan

The Kurds are celebrating New year (Kurdish: نه‌ورۆز/Newroz/Nawroz‎) in Satyari Village, Kermanshah, West of Iran.
In this Cermony, people build a large fire sing and dance around it.
Kurdish dances reflect samples of Kurdish life over the past thousands of years. The "Newroz fire" is the traditional Kurdish symbol of victory.
Each year, many people from all around the world, especially photographers and journalists, travel to the Kurdish regions to see this great celebration.
The Kurds, celebrate Newroz with special splendor, they hold special rituals and customs that show the historical and cultural history of this people.
