My mom has 90 years old. One day, a dozen or so years ago, my mother stopped leaving the house.

At that time, she was going through a mental health crisis caused by the death of my dad. After some time, she became so accustomed to staying indoors that she no longer feel need to go outside.

She had already been a housebound, and her favorite way to spend her free time was reading books while lying on her favorite sofa.

As a family, we accepted her choice, even though it was incomprehensible to us. 

This project is an attempt to understand her decision and to document my mother's daily life, which revolved around a single sofa and was largely confined to one room.

This year, on January 26th, due to life circumstances she had to move out from her house to a house of her daughter who offered to look after her.

I don't know if moving to a new house will change anything?

I will continue the project, and who knows what will happen?
