Flynn Warren grew up in Kenya, Angola and the UK. This gives him a unique advantage understanding the cultures of other countries. It has also created a drive in him to show the world what he has seen, he achieves this through photography. The work is mainly documentary and portraiture, devising colour palettes to enhance the creative process. Shooting on a variety of camera’s, digital and film. His complex images, encompass multiple visual layers that enhance small and important details.
Graduating from the University of the Arts London, in summer 2012, he has photographed for NGO: Population Council on occasion. But mainly his time has been spent creating a book on Social Enterprise along side the Gobee Group, a communications and media company. He currently resides in New York while the book is finalized. The photographs exhibit a richness of palette, and a wealth of narrative.
