Occupy Boston members gathers to discuss during their first general assembly on Boston Common in Boston, Massachusetts, September 27, 2011.
I have photographed Occupy Boston movement since the first day of their action. I thought I did need to record this because it might become a signal of something that may be able to change something in the future. As a photographer who come from outside the US, I have witnessed a struggle of many people who are in different situations. I'm skeptical about globalization and capitalism. It looks like what they want and need are same. They can no longer stand a huge gap between capitalism and working people. Health care, education, job opportunity... Better society for everybody. I don't know where this movement goes but I hope it's going to be something for better future for all of us.
